It all starts.....

Defined Cuts was founded in February 2011 with the owner having many years experience in lawn, general maintenance & janitorial field in providing servicing for home owners associations,  property management and property preservation companies during employment.  Therefore, he decided "hey I can do this for myself and provide services the way clients want & need."  He has hands on experience as well as supervisory skills in the following:  perform inspections on the grounds of structures & systems, routine preventative maintenance, implementing work orders, inventory, coordinate & schedule vendors for properties, board meetings, property preservation and more that he has passed on to all of his employees'.  We have definitely grown and look forward to building new relationships in the community and expanding each and every day.......
